Return and Refund Policy

REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY OF POST BOX MAGIC 


1. Introduction
This Refund and Returns Policy of Post Box Magic ("Refund and Returns Policy") govern your the refunds and returns of the purchase of our services and/or goods and the purchase of novelty letters, certificates, and related products ("Products") from Post Box Magic ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using our Products, you agree to this Refund and Returns Policy.


1. Refunds and Returns
Due to the customized nature of our Products:

  • Refunds are only available within 30 days of purchase. Should you want a refund of your purchase from us, you must email us at PostBoxMagic@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase, so we can provide to you a return postal address. You must return the item to us via post in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase - you will be responsible to pay for the returned shipping expenses. Once received, then we will process the refund. 
  • Exchanges are only available within 30 days of purchase. Should you want an exchange of your purchase from us, you must email us at PostBoxMagic@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase, so we can provide to you a return postal address. You must return the item to us via post in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase - you will be responsible to pay for the returned shipping expenses. Once received, then we will process your exchange order. You will be responsible to pay for the shipping expense to post the exchange product/s to you.  
  • We will offer a replacement or refund if:

a. The item arrives damaged, or

b. The item differs significantly from the approved order details due to our error

c. To request a resolution:

i. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

ii. Provide clear photographic evidence of the issue and send this evidence to our email address, PostBoxMagic@gmail.com

 

  • If your item has not arrived within the estimated timeframe: 

a. Contact us so we can investigate with the shipping provider

b. Refunds or replacements may be offered depending on the outcome


  • approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 5-10 business days. 
  • the shipping expense you paid us will not be refunded to you, only in the event the item arrives damaged, or the item differs significantly from the approved order details due to our error.
